Our Story
The Heart Behind Discovering Minds
Discovering Minds was created with a vision to provide a safe haven for children and families—a structured, enriching, and judgment-free environment where every child feels safe, loved, supported, and ready to learn.
Our founder and co-founder entered the childcare industry knowing that children come from many different walks of life, each with their own experiences and needs. We wanted to create a place where children could learn and grow while families could also be connected to additional support and resources through our trusted community partnerships.
Today, that vision looks like bright classrooms, hands-on learning, healthy relationships, and caring teachers who know each child individually and pay attention to their unique needs—with community partners standing ready when a child or family needs something more.

Our team completes required background checks, ongoing training, and professional development, but what truly defines our staff is their genuine commitment to every child who walks through our doors.
